Joseph Mbwaga

President

The Visionary: As the founder and President, Joseph is the driving force behind the PWM Family mission.
The Heart: With a deep-rooted passion for social justice, he dedicated his life to creating a sanctuary for orphans and a future for the youth of Tanzania.
The Leader: Joseph believes that every child possesses a unique gift that, when nurtured through education and spiritual guidance, can change the world.

Vyonne Godfrey

Secretary

The Coordinator: Vyonne is the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring our projects run with transparency and efficiency.
The Advocate: She is deeply committed to gender equality and ensuring that the voices of the most vulnerable in our community are heard.
The Bridge: Her focus is on building strong global partnerships and keeping our donors connected to the life-changing impact of their support.

Frank Paschal

Music & Art Director

The Maestro: Frank believes that music is a universal language of healing and empowerment.
The Mentor: He leads our music training programs, transforming lives by teaching children an youth how to express their stories through instruments and song.
The Producer: From daily lessons to annual festivals, Frank is dedicated to uncovering raw talent and providing youth with the skills to pursue professional careers in the arts.
